Refund Policy

 All artwork and print sales are final, and no returns, refunds or exchanges can be made so please make a considered decision when purchasing. Please choose carefully as we do not allow for change of mind on items purchased.

 It your item arrives is faulty or damaged please contact us at dab.mixedmediaart@gmail.com with images and we will discuss and always try and find a solution. If you have received a gift and want to see about exchanging, please contact us to see if this is possible.

 Shipping

 All artworks and prints purchased online can be collected by appointment free of charge. DABART will always carefully bubble wrap and/or carefully package all artworks which we agree to deliver locally, within a 30 km radius, and will use approved and insured third party shipping contractors for both domestic (within Australia) and overseas shipping outside Australia.

 For Prints sold online FREE shipping to anywhere within Australia and a Flat fee of $40 AUD for all prints sold to customers outside Australia.

 For Artworks sold both domestically (within Australia) and internationally (outside Australia) a “Custom Shipping Quote” will need to be agreed and paid for prior to despatch. Once a purchase has been made and we can see your address only then can we provide a quote of the shipping due to the weight, size and fragility of the artwork purchased. This may also include the cost of both Signature on Delivery and Insurance cover in addition to the shipping delivery costs and may need to be included in the total sum of purchase. Particularly, for overseas purchases of artworks to be delivered and shipped outside Australia.

 Wherever possible, tracking details will be sent to the Purchaser to track their art purchase.
